What is the story behind starting this company?
We started Dark Bears with a vision to provide reliable software at affordable prices. Any new software can change the way a business performs its operations and can produce exceptionally great results. BUT building reliable software costs a lot of money and time investment. We at Dark Bears took up this challenge and currently delivering software at 1/3rd the cost of development rates in any developed nation.

We have a team of over 50 employees and 100% of our staff is in-house.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our key differentiator is that we have processes that allow us to deliver software with enterprise-level quality and at the same time our India office location allows us to provide this quality service at very reasonable rates.

We are not bound to any particular industries as such. We have served customers from various industries like aerospace, healthcare, travel & hospitality, manufacturing, catering, and education to name a few.

We provide a free 1-3 months of support to our customers post a successful delivery. The free support duration is according to the project size. We provide this support to ensure that the software works in the desired manner and can handle any possible real-life business scenarios.

We do charge an upfront amount to start the project, there the billing is done on monthly basis based on the actual time spent on the project. Since we do weekly calls and send weekly timesheets to our clients, the whole process is very transparent and works as a win-win for both parties.

We do not have any minimum budget requirement as such, but in the last 3 years, the smallest project we have done is worth $6000.
