Review Summary
If you're considering a developer, my advice is the same as it would be for any software provider. The onus is on you to clearly understand your needs, and to have a practical test and interview to evaluate whether the developer is right for your team and technology. We've rejected DDI applicants and also had to let a DDI developer go.
Their developers are smart guys with a hard work ethic. There have been times when I've felt challenged by the company owner's communication style, as I work best with fellow collaborators. This is something I've noticed is common in the Ukraine.
