What Users Like The Most

  • We liked their technical experience, and their attention to detail, and how they moved quickly to make ideas real.” Brought our site that was slowly and slowly making the difference to our business all the way to a visually appealing yet Highly Functional WordPress site.
  • We liked how they incorporated technical skill with creative design. The collaboration was truly productive and their ability to listen to us, adapt, and propose valuable suggestions throughout the process did help us a lot.
  • They had a good design sense and were very user oriented. We also liked the speed with which they responded to the e-mails and their willingness to make revisions immediately.

What Users Like The Least

  • The only key area for improvement would be more proactive updates during the mid-phase of the project. The deliverables were all on time but more frequent check-ins could have made things clearer in between stages of development.
  • There were some minor times when the feedback loop got delayed during design, however nothing that affected the final delivery and satisfaction.
  • The only hold up was a little delay in the content migration phase, but the issue was fairly small and it really didn’t compromise my time frame much.

Design Sparc, the experience was exceptional.

From the first meeting all the way through the launch, they were professional, prompt, and directive In a good way, creative. They got our brand and turned it into an absolutely stunning, user-friendly website that is taking our business to a whole new level. The application was up in record time and optimized and transactional ready out of the gate. We have also been very impressed by the post-launch support, which in terms of the response time for minor changes and queries has really exceeded our expectations too.

We contracted Design Sparc to build an e-commerce website for our retail company. The work comprised of custom design, product catalog integration, secure shopping cart, and mobile responsive in order to enhance customer experience of shopping.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I thought they did a good job of intermingling form with function. They even made product management easy for our team.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They delayed one integration with a third party payment provider for a few weeks or so due to API problems but they got this sorted pretty quickly and we were up to speed promptly. All in all, no serious complaints.

From original concept to final go live the team were professional and very skilled. They were able to listen to what we needed, take our branding and provide us with a clean and easy to use site. The web site works well on all platforms and has definitely increased our visibility and customer interaction. They were very good at training as well for content management.
