We had a few meetings per month (more at the beginning) on which we had reports and future task discussion. They ensured constant availability throughout the engagement. They did full re-branding, and also established Instagram and Facebook community .

We did not use their project management team, but had direct lines of communication with the development team and Destm Technologies leadership throughout our engagement with them. Everyone worked together in a collaborative manner, enabling us to meet the project needs within the necessary timelines.

Their team met deadlines, stayed within budget, and was responsive and communicative throughout the process to meet our requirements. Regarding communication, we had daily meetings to review the progress and communicate feedback.

They used Jira as the project management tool. Slack and Google Meet was mostly used for day to day communications. The team was responsive and in our own time-zone. This helped to launch the platform in time.

With tight time line, they delivered all site migration in timely manner. But we found some issues after site launched. Destm Technologies was quick and helpful in mitigating arising issues.

I truly love Destm Technologies excellent project management structure. Other web companies don’t have much structure. By contrast, they have been amazing as they manages our projects. Their timelines have also been excellent. They’re upfront, and we always know what we’re getting.

In terms of tools, we use Basecamp. they sends recap emails at the end of every week, which is nice. To communicate, we use phone calls; we video chat using Google Meet and Teams.

Very strong project management. They seemed to use a combination of agile and waterfall methodologies. Basecamp was our primary tool for collaboration, followed by g-docs. The team was flexible and willing to use the tools necessary on my end to support the project (I'm the g-docs user) which I appreciated. Additionally, the team helped keep me - and the project - on track since I was under an extremely oppressive workload. I knew if something was truly urgent or critical, as the team knows how to prioritize their actions for me. And they were extremely transparent about concerns, outlining the repercussions should a deliverable be missed.

During development, their team was helpful with the designs. They let us know what was possible. Their project management was excellent. They were transparent and great communicators. We mostly communicated via phone and email.

Destm Technologies delivers everything on time and is supportive with the back office work for accounting, invoices, and customer services.
