Developing an e-market place in Laos that include: web ecommerce, mobile app android and ios for buyers, sellers and also back office admin system. It is a full e-market place with many integrations such as: multiple logistics systems, payment gateway, telecom, accounting software etc.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Value of the product delivered for the money that we paid.
The hard work from Mr. Manan Sharma and a few team members that tried hard to deliver the work on time.
The patience from the team on trying to resolve some communication issues between to sides.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
It's actually the time zone between both countries and the working time from their company that force us to work late at night and weekend.
The quotation should cover some small unexpected items... proposing low price but requesting extra charge for small new items can annoy the business.
Good system development solution and good maintenance supports provided to the clients
