Review Summary

I post when you need to watch out for a company. This company is a fake. They used other stock logos to pass off thier own and I caught them and they used every excuse why they did it. And then I asked for a refund and they never gave me one. Since they aren't a US based company they will take your money and you can't get it back. Do Not use this company's services. They are liars and thieves.

This firm was TERRIBLE at delivering on their promises. More interested in selling you than actually performing.

Review Summary

Bought a Platinum Logo package that was supposed to include multiple deliverables. Provided a few designs and were frustrating to communicate with (language barrier). Never delivered a final product and wanted more money to deliver what they had made even though they claim you will only be charged 1 fee upfront. Don't waste your time working with them as you will not receive what they promised.

What service was provided as part of the project?

Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their website is fancy and nice, and they were quick on the chat box

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They lied about the costs involved, and didn't deliver on their promise to provide deliverables.

Completely wasted my time trying to design a logo for us only to hold it hostage at the end.

They WILL try to push/sell you more services along the way that you don't need or want.

Review Summary

We work with biggest agencies in the world, but Digit Design Studios proved that the biggest isn’t always the best. I was extremely impressed with how they were able to speed up digital transformation across our large company. They used data with their deep understanding of our digital platforms to show us how to modernize our processes. They are now a preferred vendor at Max Mara Fashion Group, which is not easy to become.

I just wish we had started working with them sooner.

Review Summary

Digit Design Studios designed and developed our website. They gave us a lot of input on how to make the platform more structured and customer-friendly. They also helped us with Google SEO and link building.

They first studied our business and the results we were looking for. Once they understood those parameters, like making orders with the click of a button, they gave us a brief scope of the website.

Review Summary

I paid the initial fee to create the logo and was contacted about various things they had to offer. I was not interested, finally approved the final draft to be told there was a hefty fee for trademark. I was not in the position to pay the fee and was basically told I cannot have the logo. After countless hours and the back and forth. I finally had enough and told them I was over it, to keep the logo. Adam Fisher basically threaten to have his lawyers sue me and I will be liable to them for a $1000.00. I disputed the item on my credit card and that's when Adam Fisher basically called to harass me. The unprofessionalism of this company and their ability to take advantage of people is unbelievable. I was not given all the information up front with all the fees and felt blindsided after the product was finished. At this point lesson learned!

Review Summary

I have spent the last couple months trying to get over $800 back from Digit Design Studios. I came to them for a logo design for my blog. They held my logo package hostage after I approved the final concept. They told me that I need to pay them $500 to register my logo before they will hand it over. A month went by after I paid them the money, and they were "still working on it" they told me that in order to finish the registration in NV and DC I need to give them $315. I started to get very worried because the last time I spoke to them I had asked for a detailed description of their trademark registration. I asked them for a legal promise/agreement that Digit Design Studios will transfer 100% ownership of the logo (trademark, copyright, etc.), they avoided it and then began to pressure me for personal information so they can finish the registration. I asked them for proof of their work with the USPTO, and they said they couldn't do that and that they couldn't give me a refund when I asked for it because they paid the USPTO but they never provided me a receipt. I tried getting my money back via my card companies and Digit Design Studios lied to them and said that the trademark registration charges were for the logo design and that per their terms and conditions I was not owed a refund. Be very very careful if you work with these people. The will pressure you buy more "services" while simultaneously ignoring your requests. They will not uphold what they advertise on their website. Beware of them especially if you are a newbie looking for a logo like I was, or if your needing website assistance (from what I've read on other reviews). Document everything they say and do, in writing especially, if you decide to work with them.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Nothing.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They need to be transparent from the very beginning about their fees, their process. They need to provide exactly what they advertise on their website. They need to stop the sales pressure. They need to stop lying to card companies about the nature of the charges in question. They need to to provide legal agreements and give customer agreements to read and sign off on before any work is done. Most of all, they need to stop their predatory practices on their customers, especially those who are new to the services that are being requested and purchased.
