Digital Marketing has created a great platform. I get a lot of praise for the site; users say it's well done, the design looks good, and the workflow works well. Moreover, traffic to the platform has increased throughout our engagement.

Since I'm not a technical person, I rely on them quite heavily to take care of all the technical aspects. They do research and advise me on the best way to do things. The team makes an extra effort to find and fix issues and talk to third-party providers to integrate tools into our platform. In addition, their maintenance pricing is reasonable.

Regarding the timeline, there was a time during the web platform's development when the concept was changing, so the process wasn't moving much. However, the development team compensated for that delay, completing the project in few months.

They're responsive and quick to get back to us; they even respond during weekends. We communicate effectively to keep all our documents and updates.
