Describe your project in brief

We are a candy company making edible FMCG Goods. I was charged with the development of a few new productlines and flavors and got white label work done on them from Digital Spades who are still in our employee. The original contract was for 3 months but we extended it as an in house team for the project in question is not currently financially viable

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their dedication to the craft. They are perfectionists and go to the Nth level of dedication to perfecting products

Extremely good at targeting and getting solid ROI's on Facebook and Google Ads. They are wizards at that

Communication and Customer Success. We were given a dedicated customer success manager who managed our account and was always available and reachable

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Knowledge Transfer to company resources better. We had a 3 month contract with them during which they did a knowledge transfer but it felt inadequate.

They are a bit pricey given that they have back offices in Pakistan we could have been offered better rates than we did
