We have our website and social media profiles managed by DiscoverMyBusiness, LLC. Regarding social media, they ensure that services and posts are categorized correctly and that the hashtags contain relevant keywords. All of their posts include pertinent information such as the time, place, and people involved.
In addition, we want to launch Google Ads shortly. All things considered, DiscoverMyBusiness, LLC works with us frequently. We have faith in them to have access to our social media and internet accounts. They also work along with our admin to fix issues as they come up.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The number of likes and visits to the website has increased noticeably. We used to have an audience of a few hundred, but for our major events, we now have several thousand. Visitors to our website want to know if they can go on it and find the information they require. Since the back end is technological, they are involved. Our website is new and responsive. Reviews that we've received indicate that they performed an excellent job.

Our previous website was outdated and was not allowing us to track sales, automate the e-commerce process or see how well our online business was doing. We needed a new website that would work better for us on the backend so that we could quickly see orders, see what products are working for us and what are not, see how well our sales are for a particular month, etc. On the user side, we wanted a website that was more modern. Although users were able to checkout and find what they were looking for, the design was outdated and just did not reflect our brand.
We needed a much more automated process so that we could focus on our business and did not have to spend hours every day figuring out our online sales. We are not developers and wanted a company to build us a website that we would be able to grow with for years to come. With the new website, our process is much quicker and easier with regards to sales, tracking, order management, product and inventory management, etc.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
DiscoverMyBusiness, LLC performed well. Before the start of the project, their team and I created a checklist of everything we wanted the project to include. DiscoverMyBusiness, LLC got everything done as they promised and professional weekly updates were given so we knew we were on track. Today, our sales and ordering system is fully automated and we are able to spend more and more time generating business rather than having to manage the website.
