I have to say for a website development company I really have been extremely pleased with their service. One they met me in person at the time to guide me in the process and go over design ideas. and 2 I have had my site for over 8 years and whenever I email them when an issue which is not often they answer me right away. If I have to speak to someone I never had an issue getting someone on the phone. They really are a great company to deal with and I am not always an easy person to deal with when I am having technical problems that prevent me from doing business. One other thing I would like to add is that they really designed a website and back end that was easy for me to learn and use which saves me a lot of time.
