Doodle Genie did a great job overall, but they could’ve improved by diving deeper into the initial discovery phase for even more tailored solutions. Additionally, more detailed progress reports and extended post-launch support might have helped.

I had given my social media to them for handling it and they did a fantastic job ! They posted daily stories and posts on my page which kept it active and there was high consistency.
