DPI Enterprise

DPI Enterprise (Digital Properties International) is a New York engineering team founded in 2024. We build production AI systems for businesses across the United States and keep running them after launch.

What we build: AI voice agents and 24/7 phone answering on your existing phone numbers, with booking, lead capture, and transfers to your team; AI chatbots for websites and WhatsApp that answer from your own documents and take actions in your CRM; workflow and document automation for intake, invoices, reporting, and back-office work; enterprise chatbot and automation deployments with SSO, audit trails, and private hosting; custom software, SaaS, and CRM development; and AI consulting that ends in a scoped first deployment.

For small businesses we also build websites, landing pages, and online stores, secure and maintain WordPress sites, run SEO and Google Business Profile management, and integrate Reserve with Google for appointment-based businesses.

How we work: a fixed-scope discovery, a fixed-scope build with a launch date, then a monthly managed service by the same engineers. Models run on OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock under enterprise terms, or self-hosted when data must stay in your environment. Healthcare deployments run under a signed BAA; outbound calling follows TCPA rules.
