IPmonitor is a cutting-edge monitoring tool designed to track the status and various characteristics of domains and IP addresses.  IPmonitor allows users to monitor multiple IP addresses from a single account. By adding all relevant IP addresses to their IPMonitor account, users can effortlessly track various reputation parameters associated with each address. This feature eliminates the need for manual tracking and provides a centralized platform for managing IP reputation.

The technology stack utilized for this project includes Laravel v10, PHP v8.2, Redis, and MySQL, with the incorporation of Jetstream, Sanctum, Socialite bundles on the backend, and Livewire for the frontend. In order to tackle the primary challenge of significantly enhancing performance and query execution speed for DNS, rDNS, and HTTP servers, we introduced several key tools and packages. We leveraged the power of asynchronous requests using Amphp/DNS, Amphp/HTTP-client, and Amphp/pipeline packages, allowing us to efficiently handle various types of requests.

Describe your project in brief

We have a fairly large client that needed a qualified support a number of existing products. The projects were abandoned in short terms by the previous developers and we had to take over without any documentations, explanations, with legacy code in a pretty bad state. But the team managed to research all the given projects using just their own experience and understanding of how things should work; wrote a proper documentation; refactored and improved significally the projects codebase; made the projects are easy to hand over when it`s needed.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

DRUM’N’CODE’s communication and technical skills are just perfect. They’re very responsive and responsible. And some times I appreciate this part much more than the tech skills.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

If you’re looking for responsible, communicative, skilled in PHP (Laravel), JS (Vue.js), Wordpress developers, I am highly recommend getting in touch with DRUM’N’CODE.

Review Summary

Initially, DRUM'N'CODE was put into an uncomfortable position because they were given an existing API to work with the back end. They had to go in, learn the code, and work with what already was poorly developed. However, the team did a fantastic job of taking that API into consideration and building a platform that met the needs of my client. We did most of the design work on our end, so we provided DRUM'N'CODE with the screens and user stories so they could learn the application and build it to our specifications. They are continuing to provide updates and maintenance on an ongoing basis.

Web Development of Financial Company

What service was provided as part of the project?

Web Development

Describe your project in brief

We were hired to design and develop a new version of a web-based insurance application for a client. The project had already been started by another firm but our client was not satisfied with their efforts. We brought in DRUM'N'CODE as our remote development team to take the existing work that had already been done and to build a brand new insurance app.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

In the end, what matters the most are the results. DRUM'N'CODE has consistently, both in this and in other projects, exceeded our expectations. Their results have always been fantastic.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

No. I brought DRUM'N'CODE into this large and critical project due to the success we’ve had on other projects. I wouldn’t have done that if I didn’t trust their ability to achieve the project’s goals.

Review Summary

The first step was to have DRUM'N'CODE review and analyze the site to determine any UX and design issues. After their analysis, we reviewed their insights and the provided design templates and initial wireframes. We selected the design that felt most on brand, while providing DRUM'N'CODE the new copy sections needed for the redesign.

DRUM'N'CODE then went into development, creating the new theme in a dev platform that we reviewed regularly with them while in progress. After we agreed on the final design and functionality, DRUM'N'CODE pushed the theme live and we finished all the final tweaks needed from QA.

It has only been a week since the new site went live, but our team is incredibly happy with the new design and overall experience. Initially, bounce rates are down on the homepage which is a promising outcome. More time is needed to understand results, but we are currently very happy with the new website.

Describe your project in brief

We'd noticed that our website was not performing as expected. Bounce rates were high and response time on the site was low, so we needed to create a simpler UX experience that gave consumers the info they needed while providing easy paths to drive conversion.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

We appreciated their ability to quickly understand our problems and create a better experience for our consumers. The workflow was relatively strong throughout. DRUM'N'CODE worked with us to push the workflow to hit a April 1 deadline which we appreciated. Their developer was an especially good communicator, keeping us updated on new changes and needs, and going above and beyond to help us meet our deadline.cc

Review Summary

DRUM'N'CODE used Figma for our website’s UI/UX design. From there, they went into developing the e-commerce portion of our website through BigCommerce. The team made design suggestions, and we worked together during the design process. I sent them ideas of things I liked, but they ultimately came up with the site’s overall design.

For core features, the website had a homepage, product page, account page, and various subcategory pages. It also had search functionality.

Currently the project is nearly completed. We’re working on a couple of things here and there. We don’t use their maintenance services yet, but if we experience issues with the themes or ecommerce platform’s updates, we might use them once in a while.

Review Summary

We outsource our website development projects to DRUM'N'CODE, and they handle smaller sites for startups up to more complex enterprise model sites for our large clients. The technologies they use include WordPress, HubSpot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WooCommerce. They also work on a lot of API integrations with third parties like MailChimp and Google Maps.
Retention rates of our customers are high. We haven’t had any customers that have been unhappy with the work that’s been delivered through our partnership with DRUM'N'CODE. On tactical metrics, they’ve consistently hit the mark on site speed and core web vitals.

Describe your project in brief

We hired them to handle our web development projects.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They do a very thorough job of documenting for estimating purposes. I’ve worked with developers in the past who have given me one-page estimates with no details of the project. Compared to that, DRUM'N'CODE prepares multiple pages of research and discovery on top of their actual cost and timeline, which is one of the things I really appreciate about them.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

No. I don’t have anything negative to say about them.

Review Summary

DRUM'N'CODE has developed high-quality, user-friendly websites, and we’ve been pleased with the partnership. They’ve genuinely managed the whole kit and; they just let us know when they need action on our end.

They’ve also offered us the opportunity to grow our pages within WordPress, which our original website didn’t allow to. When the campus changes the internal infrastructure or wants to run maintenance, we can still update our website in real time, which is great.

Since working with the DRUM'N'CODE team, we’ve been able to easily update the sites ourselves without needing to engage a development partner, which has been excellent. Overall, we’ve had a great experience.

What was the project name that you have worked with Drum'N'Code ?

Describe your project in brief

We were seeking a partner who could provide comprehensive web development and management services for two of our academic departments. Our university offers an independently managed platform with a standard, common layout that can be easily replicated. However, we wanted to develop unique sites for our departments to showcase our mission effectively.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I’ve been most impressed with DRUM'N'CODE’s professionalism and responsiveness. Despite the time difference, they’ve gotten back to us promptly, even when we’ve reached out during the middle of our day and their night. We’ve been very happy with the partnership.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Review Summary

We had a kickoff meeting and a discovery process, and then we moved right into design. DRUM'N'CODE created a 100% custom app that solved virtually every problem I had and resulted in a fun, engaging and valuable tool for our clients. Clients can now design their own gift pages with custom imagery, logo, text, and gift selection that ties into our Shopify inventory.

When their recipients select a gift, it automatically creates an order in our system and relays tracking information back to both the customer who placed the order and their recipient. Orders can be uploaded via CSV by both us and the recipient, and they added tons of little features that delight our customers.

What was the project name that you have worked with Drum'N'Code ?

Web Development for Marketing Company

What service was provided as part of the project?

Web Development

Describe your project in brief

Most of our business comes from corporate clients, and we needed a better solution for managing their bulk and custom orders. We also wanted to give website visitors a way to offer gift choices to their own clients right through our site with an app that felt custom, seamless and brand-able. And at the end of the day, everything had to be easy and connected to Shopify on the backend.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The quality of the deliverables and the accessibility of the team were impressive.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The discovery process could have been smoother. A lot of the points were discussed multiple times but I’m not sure if that’s a bad thing. We were kind of in a rush so it felt a little bit slow.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

DRUM'N'CODE has delivered what I needed. They've been able to create solutions for each one of my requests.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They could improve their ability to understand our wants and needs during the discovery phase, which can save some time. In addition, we're in different time zones, which is not too bad, but it's still a factor. However, they have convinced us to work in a-sync mode which we were skeptical about at first but it worked out pretty good, can’t complain.

Review Summary

We use an agile approach to development. Each sprint consisted of a feature or service that we could test in real time. DRUM'N'CODE did a fantastic job of performing QA on all completed work. By the end of each sprint, anything that was delivered was also QA verified. This allowed us to move quickly and effectively through every stage of development. What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The structure of DRUM'N'CODE's organization was very impressive. They only work with the best and they are fast as a result. They also curate the team from the start. They consistently aimed to pair the right team members without team based on technology, language skills, speed and agility. it didn't take long for them to assemble the right n previous companies, I've noticed a reticence to replace people immediately. This was not the case with DRUM'N'CODE. They focused on getting the right people from the beginning.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We had a long engagement with DRUM'N'CODE and the relationship continues today. Throughout this process, we've ironed out our working arrangement in a way that has been very successful. The careful attention to team selection in the beginning only proved d’n’c’s will to be the best.
