We have a fairly large client that needed a qualified support a number of existing products. The projects were abandoned in short terms by the previous developers and we had to take over without any documentations, explanations, with legacy code in a pretty bad state. But the team managed to research all the given projects using just their own experience and understanding of how things should work; wrote a proper documentation; refactored and improved significally the projects codebase; made the projects are easy to hand over when it`s needed.

We experienced fast responses to our needs and changes.

Initially, DRUM'N'CODE was put into an uncomfortable position because they were given an existing API to work with the back end. They had to go in, learn the code, and work with what already was poorly developed. However, the team did a fantastic job of taking that API into consideration and building a platform that met the needs of my client. We did most of the design work on our end, so we provided DRUM'N'CODE with the screens and user stories so they could learn the application and build it to our specifications. They are continuing to provide updates and maintenance on an ongoing basis.

We were hired to design and develop a new version of a web-based insurance application for a client. The project had already been started by another firm but our client was not satisfied with their efforts. We brought in DRUM'N'CODE as our remote development team to take the existing work that had already been done and to build a brand new insurance app.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

In the end, what matters the most are the results. DRUM'N'CODE has consistently, both in this and in other projects, exceeded our expectations. Their results have always been fantastic.

No. I brought DRUM'N'CODE into this large and critical project due to the success we’ve had on other projects. I wouldn’t have done that if I didn’t trust their ability to achieve the project’s goals.

The first step was to have DRUM'N'CODE review and analyze the site to determine any UX and design issues. After their analysis, we reviewed their insights and the provided design templates and initial wireframes. We selected the design that felt most on brand, while providing DRUM'N'CODE the new copy sections needed for the redesign.

DRUM'N'CODE then went into development, creating the new theme in a dev platform that we reviewed regularly with them while in progress. After we agreed on the final design and functionality, DRUM'N'CODE pushed the theme live and we finished all the final tweaks needed from QA.

It has only been a week since the new site went live, but our team is incredibly happy with the new design and overall experience. Initially, bounce rates are down on the homepage which is a promising outcome. More time is needed to understand results, but we are currently very happy with the new website.

We were impressed with their responsiveness, project management, and use of collaboration tools.

DRUM'N'CODE used Figma for our website’s UI/UX design. From there, they went into developing the e-commerce portion of our website through BigCommerce. The team made design suggestions, and we worked together during the design process. I sent them ideas of things I liked, but they ultimately came up with the site’s overall design.

For core features, the website had a homepage, product page, account page, and various subcategory pages. It also had search functionality.

Currently the project is nearly completed. We’re working on a couple of things here and there. We don’t use their maintenance services yet, but if we experience issues with the themes or ecommerce platform’s updates, we might use them once in a while.

They’ve also offered us the opportunity to grow our pages within WordPress, which our original website didn’t allow to. When the campus changes the internal infrastructure or wants to run maintenance, we can still update our website in real time, which is great.

We had a kickoff meeting and a discovery process, and then we moved right into design. DRUM'N'CODE created a 100% custom app that solved virtually every problem I had and resulted in a fun, engaging and valuable tool for our clients. Clients can now design their own gift pages with custom imagery, logo, text, and gift selection that ties into our Shopify inventory.

When their recipients select a gift, it automatically creates an order in our system and relays tracking information back to both the customer who placed the order and their recipient. Orders can be uploaded via CSV by both us and the recipient, and they added tons of little features that delight our customers.

Most of our business comes from corporate clients, and we needed a better solution for managing their bulk and custom orders. We also wanted to give website visitors a way to offer gift choices to their own clients right through our site with an app that felt custom, seamless and brand-able. And at the end of the day, everything had to be easy and connected to Shopify on the backend.

Tamil community publishing platform

We created a publishing platform for the Tamil community in order to connect it through storytelling and create a positive picture of the Tamil community for the rest of the world. Now a platform includes a white-label marketplace TC Market where the users can open up their shops and sell different products, mostly culturally painted. A web app that is designed to provide a ground for the representatives of Tamil community to write and share their stories and set connections between the community all over the world.

Disease Notification System

The Disease Notification System is designed to strengthen the control and prevention of dangerous diseases within the framework of a unified healthcare concept. It achieves this through the integration of human surveillance, passive and active approaches, and the recording of specific case information, including clinical data of the particular disease based on standardized definitions and statistical data, laboratory data, including specimen tracking, test result operations, and epidemiological studies.
