What Users Like The Most

  • What impressed me the most was how creative and nimble they were. They were also on top of the latest TikTok trends, and knew how to package our services in a way that vibed with the platform’s audience.
  • What I liked most about them was their hand holding and in depth knowledge of the dropshipping business model. And their skills to spot trending products, to mobile optimize their shop and to execute high converting up sell tactics made a huge difference in early sales.
  • They were really knowledgeable about TikTok’s ecosystem and how to develop high performing ad strategies. We saved a huge amount of time with their automation and system for getting it done everywhere around.

What Users Like The Least

  • If there was one drawback we would point out, it was the setup period, which was a bit longer than anticipated based on content revisions and approvals.
  • Only slight downside is we did initially have to edit some of the product descriptions to match our tone as a brand, but once this was mentioned they worked really quickly to amend them.
  • Initial approvals for content were a bit slow, but was just that first round and after everyone caught up it wasn't a problem. It didn’t affect the overall success of the project.

There was constant communication and they kept me updated through the whole process. Took the services from Ecom Saint to start and run a Shopify dropshipping store for a retail business of ours. This project was composed of product research,store design, supplier integration, automation set-up and ongoing store optimization to make it as hands free as possible for us as the owners.

Ecom Saint enabled us to automate our Amazon FBA business. And that spanned everything from product research, listing optimization, supplier communication, inventory management, to backend automation development. The plan was to put in as little time on a daily basis as possible to create a system we could leverage to generate passive, long-term income.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The coolest thing was how much they learned about the Amazon FBA process and experienced first hand. We liked how they didn’t just build a store, but a system built to scale. They were always super responsive and available to answer any question and it felt like someone was standing behind us really confident in what was happening to us.

The only con was that the first product approval process was a bit longer than anticipated.
