What Users Like The Most

  • What impressed me the most was how creative and nimble they were. They were also on top of the latest TikTok trends, and knew how to package our services in a way that vibed with the platform’s audience.
  • What I liked most about them was their hand holding and in depth knowledge of the dropshipping business model. And their skills to spot trending products, to mobile optimize their shop and to execute high converting up sell tactics made a huge difference in early sales.
  • They were really knowledgeable about TikTok’s ecosystem and how to develop high performing ad strategies. We saved a huge amount of time with their automation and system for getting it done everywhere around.

What Users Like The Least

  • If there was one drawback we would point out, it was the setup period, which was a bit longer than anticipated based on content revisions and approvals.
  • Only slight downside is we did initially have to edit some of the product descriptions to match our tone as a brand, but once this was mentioned they worked really quickly to amend them.
  • Initial approvals for content were a bit slow, but was just that first round and after everyone caught up it wasn't a problem. It didn’t affect the overall success of the project.

Beginning with that first conversation to the broader project execution, the FlyEm team understood the TikTok commerce ecosystem well. The challenge was to create, automate and monitor our own TikTok shop in order to increase our retail footprint and increase sales through the platform. Ecom Saint took care of everything setup, optimization of listings, content integration, order processing automation, day-to-day management of the shop.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their hyperfocus, responsiveness, and early commitment with little lift on our end was super beneficial. They also had a very intuitive dashboard they offered you so you could track it.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

One thing that could have been better is the creative work support. Their automation, and backend were great, but the TikTok video content creation was something we had to do on our own so that caught us a little off guard.

It was perfect, their onboarding process was very smooth

We were happy with everything from Ecom Saint. Their team was organized, communicated well, and they were good about being transparent with timelines and items to be delivered. They listened to the vision we had for our business and gave us a detailed blueprint for the initial launch and growth of our Amazon FBA store. It was perfect, their onboarding process was very smooth and at every stage we were told what was going on. In a few weeks we had a live store with curated products, and automated systems humming in the background.

The coolest thing was how much they learned about the Amazon FBA process and experienced first hand. We liked how they didn’t just build a store, but a system built to scale. They were always super responsive and available to answer any question and it felt like someone was standing behind us really confident in what was happening to us.

We were very satisfied with Ecom Saint overall. They did everything right from setting up a clean and optimized store layout to winning products research; products that had active market demand. There was constant communication and they kept me updated through the whole process.
