1.Lack of Centralized Written Contents: Despite having numerous videos, Huuk lacks written contents on its website, missing comprehensive information of travel itineraries.

2.Limited Website Traffic: Although having huge potential travel data, Huuk's website fails to achieve the expected high traffic and encounters challenges in attracting visitors.
