𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Creating a mapping intelligence for real estate purchasing/rental for high-net-worth Individuals. 

𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞: The purpose is to provide the necessary description for any selected area on the map regarding any geographical date/information (language and cultural info, education and crime level, etc.) integrated from the most reliable APIs available in the global market. The project had 3 types of Users: Admin, Operators, and Users with their accesses according to their privileges. 

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: To keep the selected area unchangeable while scrolling in/out in the map to see the bigger/smaller picture by not leaving out other areas from the sight of the user and bringing comparing options for all categories with alternative filtering.

𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: Happy Crew is a travel-focused social platform connecting individuals with shared interests, fostering meaningful connections and exploration. 

𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲: Develop Happy Crew to revolutionize social interaction by connecting individuals with shared interests, while ensuring privacy. Incorporate location-based features, enabling users to explore exciting places and form lasting relationships through shared activities. Create a user-friendly, immersive environment that exceeds expectations and enhances the social experience. 

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: The challenge in developing Happy Crew was to create a comprehensive social platform that connects individuals with shared interests while prioritizing privacy. Implementing features like an interactive map, activity notifications, and selective user proximity ensured a safe and enjoyable environment for users to connect, socialize, and embark on meaningful adventures.

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Ecoway is an e-commerce platform with an advanced admin panel for their business, which would involve managing multiple warehouses, implementing a complex bonus structure, and providing comprehensive statistics. 

𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞:  Centralized Warehouse Management: The purpose of Ecoway's advanced admin panel is to implement a centralized warehouse management system that enables efficient control of inventory and streamlines the order fulfillment process. 2. Flexible Pyramid Bonus Structure Engine: The admin panel integrates a flexible pyramid bonus structure engine, allowing Ecoway to empower customers with various bonus criteria. This feature enables customization of bonus calculations based on performance metrics, sales targets, and other relevant factors. 3. Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Ecoway's admin panel incorporates advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, providing comprehensive statistics and insights.

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: One of the most interesting challenges was to implement a Complex Bonus Structure aimed to incentivize employees, suppliers, and partners. Developing this complex bonus structure posed challenges in terms of data management and calculation algorithms. Ensuring accurate tracking, calculation, and distribution of bonuses based on performance metrics and criteria required meticulous attention to detail and robust data management capabilities.

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Ocams is a user-friendly video editor designed for tennis players and clubs. The project aimed to provide an intuitive editing tool that allowed users to edit their tennis session recordings. Additionally, the editor included features for correcting rotation and barrel distortion, enhancing the overall video quality. 

𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞: The purpose of the Ocams project was to create a user-friendly video editor that catered specifically to tennis players and clubs. The editor aimed to provide an intuitive interface for users to edit their own tennis session recordings. Additionally, it needed to include features for correcting slight rotation and barrel distortion commonly found in sports recordings. The overall goal was to empower users with an easy-to-use tool that enhanced their video editing capabilities and facilitated in-depth analysis of their tennis performances. 

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: The main challenge in developing Ocams was to create a user-friendly video editor that seamlessly integrated advanced functionalities, such as rotation correction and barrel distortion correction. The team had to balance usability and visual appeal while ensuring that the editor met the specific needs of tennis players and clubs. Overcoming this challenge required careful planning, precise implementation, and a focus on delivering a powerful yet accessible editing tool.

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Landing page designed for Evolyo to effectively showcase their high-quality windows and drive customer engagement and conversions. 

𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞: The purpose of developing the Evolyo landing page was to create a visually stunning and informative platform that would capture the attention of potential customers and generate leads. By highlighting the unique features and benefits of Evolyo's windows, we aimed to drive customer engagement, build trust, and ultimately increase conversions for the company. 

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: The most interesting challenge in developing the Evolyo landing page was effectively showcasing the elegance, durability, and energy efficiency of their windows. Through collaborative efforts and a visually appealing design, we successfully captured the attention of potential customers and communicated the key benefits, resulting in increased engagement and conversions for Evolyo.

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Signly is an innovative proposal software that streamlines the creation process, enhances collaboration, and boosts sales efficiency. 

𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞: Develop cutting-edge proposal software, Signly, to overhaul the proposal creation process and reduce time and effort. Enable rapid customization, generate professional PDFs, and facilitate seamless collaboration with clients. Streamline the sales cycle, boost efficiency, and provide a competitive edge in the market.

By creating innovative software with easy inventory management, instant customization, interactive online proposals, and a visual map-based interface, we achieved faster response times, efficiency, and a competitive advantage in the market.
