Elsner Technologies Pvt Ltd is an IT and digital marketing service provider, especially in the field of website design, website development, mobile app development, eCommerce website development, search engine optimization, and social media marketing. I am Harshal Shah, the founder, and CEO of the company.
My key expertise lies in administration, business development, marketing, and the overall growth of the company.

What is the story behind starting this company?
I have worked in two leading IT companies before starting Elsner. At a very early stage of my life, I found my passion for technology and problem-solving with the help of technology and IT services. My sole objective was to come up with IT solutions that can help change the lives of people. I am glad that we have so far worked in this direction brilliantly.
What is your company’s business model–in-house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We follow the IN-HOUSE business model. We have dedicated teams for each department such as website design, WordPress, Magento development, PHP development, DOTNET development, Quality Assessment, digital marketing, content writing, etc.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
The primary thing that differentiates us from other competitors is our zero-tolerance policy when it comes to quality. We ensure world-class products and services to our clients. In addition to that, we also follow a customer-centric approach when it comes to software or app development. Our sheer professionalism and work ethics also make us the front-runner in the race.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We have served many industry verticals and sectors including IT, retail, eCommerce, healthcare, beauty, fashion, manufacturing, and many more. Most of our clients reach out to us again when they are in need of IT or digital marketing services due to pleasant business experiences and the best technical brains we have in the organization.

We have recently developed a wide range of Magento extensions and plugins for eCommerce businesses. These extensions are very popular in the eCommerce industry worldwide and are in great demand. Furthermore, we have the best-experienced team for Magento development, PHP development, and WordPress development. Also, our digital marketing team has helped many leading companies to rank on the top of search engines and get genuine leads and conversions.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
As we have discussed earlier, our approach is a customer-centric one. Before starting a project, we discuss with the client in detail their business needs and requirements. Also, our team researches the client’s company and performs competitor analysis to know what they are doing. It helps us to understand the challenges and opportunities lying for our client and we design a web design or digital marketing strategy accordingly. Our customer satisfaction rate is almost 95%.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have all modern communication tools and technologies for communication and interaction. Recently, during Covid-19 times, we served our clients virtually via video calling applications such as Zoom and Google Meet. All our project managers understand the importance of effortless and seamless communication and they ensure that each query raised by our clients is addressed in a timely manner.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have a flexible payment structure and vary as per engagement models, Usually for Fixed-price projects we get into payment per Milestones while for other engagements we prefer to have fortnightly payments.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, We do accept projects which do not meet our basic requirements. Our aim is to assist the End users with our expertise and therefore have worked on a couple of tasks as low as 600 USD. However, Our preference is to have a project having at least 100 hours of effort lined up.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
We’ve catered projects from 600 USD to 120,000 USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
The first thing that I want to do is to diversify my service portfolio so that I can cater to different, personalized, IT services and products for different industries. Secondly, as I have mentioned earlier, my passion lies in offering fruitful and innovative solutions to address pain points for organizations. So, I wish to come up with IT solutions and applications that can bring positive changes in the lives of people.
I would like to be the industry leader in the niche of IT services and digital marketing. We are also planning to open our new office in the USA soon.
