Development Team Augmentation

Essence Solusoft provided us with resources with which to augment our development team. During our time working with Essence, we were able to complete a migration to a new analytics platform, a project which had been languishing for some time.

The team with which were we paired proved to be adaptable to our particular requirements and methods of operation, well-receiving of any and all feedback, suggestions, or other guidance, and coalesced well with our team, adapting to our cadence and communication style yet at the same time retaining the core essence of themselves and their abilities.

Unfortunately, due to internal restructuring, we were unable to continue our relationship.

First class Ruby developer

we worked with Essence Solusoft for 6 months during a transition period of developers internally. Sachin and team were absolutely brilliant from the very beginning. We really appreciated the amount they cared about the app they helped us develop, and the communication and pro-active thinking was just above and beyond.

The only reason we stopped working with Sachin and his team was that we decided to rebuild our app in a language more familiar to our in-house developers. We will always be grateful for what Sachin has done to help our app and business.

Couldn't recommend highly enough, they are a fantastic asset to any team with a Ruby application.

What is the story behind starting this company?
Being a technical guy and my love for RoR has made me start this RoR-specific company. Working for more than 7 years for different companies as Team leader and Project Manager I always had a calling to start an organization working on ROR. So it’s an amalgamation of a Software Engineer and an Entrepreneur.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are working for our client as their back-end Ruby on Rails partner. Our majority of business is providing dedicated developers on a contract basis to our clients. We are also working with product development companies for product consulting and product development. Our all resources are working in-house for our clients.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are a niche company working on leading technology so we are well-versed in a technology for which our all team members have great love. As we are dealing with single technology so it would give us great confidence about our expertise, so being niche would be beneficial for us.

We have SLA driven support system for our clients where customers can raise issues and can track their queries.

We have followed below billing structure for all the clients.
  • Monthly billing for Dedicated Remote resources.

We are expanding our team and targeting at least 100 Headcounts by the next 5 years and also developing in-house SaaS products to generate consistent business flow. 
We are also targeting developing our own 10 Shopify products every year to gain traction in the e-commerce industry and showcase our Shopify App expertise.
We have drafted 5 years, 7 years, and 10 years of goals and shared them with every individual because we believe that we all are one and dedicated to the single goal of growing together.
