Their team helps us handle customer requests faster and keeps our processes running smoothly without adding extra pressure on our in-house staff.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
They are fast to learn, easy to work with, and adapt quickly whenever we change something in our processes.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Nothing major so far sometimes we need to clarify small details, but they always take feedback well and adjust right away.
