Hi, I am Nitin, Founder & CEO of “Expertinasia” as being a CEO I am writing a brief about our company. So here we go!

Since the day of our company’s foundation we have achieved an increasing but never decreasing milestone for our clients. What is the story behind starting this company?
There is a story behind the foundation of “Expertinasia” is not only the idea of starting it but also there was a dream of The co-founder ‘Rajkumari’ my second half as well. She had the vision to make a revolution in the field of software development world because both of us had been familiar with the same profession and came across with an Idea that it is the future in it, as it is seen nowadays the most of the world being digitalized in every kind of markets and they would need marketplaces of its process to get in a streamline, with a long time we changed the idea into a vision by having a perfect execution, we had always dreamt of being a good leader and giving guidance to the people who want to accomplish their dream by showing their skill in the same field which can help to grow their career and skills as well.
Likewise, we have created an idea into the vision with the foundation of ‘Expertinasia’ which is growing day by day with the most efficient team and a maximum number of clients serving them with the best of our efforts in all kinds of web and software development services.

We, “Expertinasia” have the various in-house team of skilled & responsible people who are having experience in Mobile & Web Development, Business Consultations & Maintenance Support, and all are available on time to take the work responsibility also we are always meant to build up an idea into a grown business by using our best efforts, which satisfies our client to resolve the various kind of software development services according to their needs.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our company “Expertinasia” is basically working on the mobile apps & software development services to our valuable clients. We provide our clients the software & IT related services in the least and certain time period and also plan accordingly to the fixed deadlines, which is also within a handful budget so that we could bring our relationship to a new bond with our clients for having a fair business in future as a permanent and stable clientele. We believe in quality over quantity, as has been seen in the feedback of every client, which is the most important thing to running a developing business.

Expertinasia has mostly repetitive clients and its ratio is too frequent, we generally cater to enterprises, new start-ups, and well-performing business firms too. We provide our clients with a full-cycle product and software development profound. domain expertise or versatile tech stack for a particular project. But mainly focus on WebApp and Mobile App Development, including services of Graphic Design as quality is the primary marker of our client's satisfaction, so we practice a user-centered approach by UI/UX experts in product design.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our company Expertinasia works in collaboration with our clients, we always keep ourselves available to help our clients in every way of the possibility of the best output scenario, we have built our team to be available when require for any type of our queries of our clients whether it is about any change in the project which we are working on or any amendment over the project we are always ready to support our clients by all means. If we put it in a word then we believe in ‘customer satisfaction' and to keep it maintained with a fair ratio which approaches our clients to be comfortable with us whatever their requirement is.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
To grow a business into its fastest form a business must have a customer support system as it is the most important part of that business or a firm. Therefore our company Expertinasia also has group members of the customer support team, according to our client’s needs we always are ready to serve with their projects by customizing our processes. As usual, we use the standard support system to handle tickets based on the priorities, our team works on our clients’ queries accordingly and gives a resolution of it within the lowest certain period.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We are very much flexible in this, according to project demand and requirements from the client-side we work on project-based milestones, hourly, on hire, etc.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We believe in working for the values of our company over the money required so that we can gain more and more clients with stabilization of our partnership for a long term business relationship, so we work with all types of clients, as new start-ups, under developing enterprises to highly progressive business firms so that we can make their idea converted into a successful business.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
As discussed earlier that we always take our projects by approaching all kinds of clients with their service requirements in a handful budget so that we can build our clientele in a strong form. If we talk about the price range of our last year 2021 projects we have put the price range between USD 1500 – USD 10,000 which is cost-friendly too.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Since the day of founding Expertinasia, our goal is happy clients and happy people who work for us. With such vision, we see our company in future with a good reputation and satisfy working staff. I know it’s hard to manage but we will try our best and this way will be one of the best ones.

Hard and soft skills are good but it is all about commitment

Sleep more, as challenging tasks are delivered on time and ok
Move to Brazil so we would be closer… thinking well being at India is just great when you need anything related to development
Grow faster as they really deserve it. If tou invested a lot of money in development with wrong people and finally find someone to trust, you got it
