FCT Technologies

FCT Technologies builds software a business can use, inspect and own, based in Elgin, Illinois and serving Chicagoland and remote clients. It builds fast marketing websites, custom web and mobile applications, AI integration and automation, GEO/SEO systems, Second Brain OS (a file-based AI workspace that lives on the client's own machine) and custom AI harnesses.

A website's job is the phone ringing, so every site ships built for both traditional search and AI answers, with clean schema and direct-answer structure, so a business gets found and cited by Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity instead of only ranked in blue links.

FCT runs the same systems it installs and publishes the measurements: its memory engine scored 93.3% Recall@10 on LongMemEval, the public ICLR 2025 benchmark, above every retriever the benchmark's own paper publishes, and 18 different AI models have run on that one unchanged runtime across 76 active days of running the company.

Work is scoped in milestones so a client can review useful progress early, and after payment the client keeps the source code, files, schema and handoff documentation, with the accounts in their name.

Public proof includes Villain Arc, a native iOS strength-training app live on the App Store, and Transcription Studio, native Mac and iPhone transcription with on-device speaker diarization, whose original self-hosted version is open source under MIT. FCT is led by founder and software engineer Fernando Caudillo Tafoya.
