Feelpixel redesigned the Auction Bazaar portal to overcome major user challenges such as a complex search experience, lack of trust, and limited access to diverse properties. The scope of work involved conducting in-depth stakeholder interviews and usability audits to understand pain points and expectations. Based on these insights, the team developed a refreshed brand identity incorporating a unique slant motif derived from the logo, which was consistently applied across the platform. A key highlight was the creation of a simplified search interface with location-based personalization, allowing users to discover relevant properties effortlessly. Property listings were categorized for better navigation, and filters for price and property type were implemented to streamline the browsing process. The user experience was made seamless with verified experiences, clear calls-to-action, and a clean, modern layout that instilled trust.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The initial 1 week of project was a bit slow, as the team was focusing more on requirement gathering and competitive research, once the understanding was clear the project took of at a very fast pace and timely delivery.
