I'm a managing director at a financial advising company. We offer a range of products to offer different solutions under one roof to anyone that is looking to build wealth. We were looking for a customized mobile application and web-based CRM to connect with our customers. We were also trying to expand our customer base. We spoke to FiibixTech Solutions about our customers and the overall concept of what we are looking for and provided some documentation. They came up with some possible solutions and modifications we could make to help customers. Then, they started working on the app's UI and customizations. From there, they gradually started working on the database design and then began development based on the expected user flow. We’ve just launched the Android version of the app and we believe it will help us engage more customers, boost profit for customers, and increase transparency.
