Flying V Group is a full-scale digital marketing and advertising agency focused on revenue generation for its clients. Our HQ is in Orange County, CA and we also have offices in Phoenix, AZ. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service through white-glove concierge-style marketing and advertising support.
My role within the organization is to oversee all aspects of the organization in order to ensure smooth functionality and customer satisfaction and maintain excellent performance standards. I drive strategic planning for clientele and ensure that we are providing the proper marketing and advertising solutions based on the needs of the client.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Flying V Group was not a master-planned business. My brother is also a co-founder in the business and we were both working corporate jobs and were quite unsatisfied with our current roles. We were asked to assist a mentor of ours with his marketing on a side project and the further we went down the rabbit hole the more we were convinced that there was an opportunity to provide marketing support to professional service firms.
Still to this day we support those in the financial, real estate, medical, insurance, and law fields and serve as their supplementary marketing and advertising department.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Our entire team is in-house outside of our writers and video production. We partner with subject matter experts to provide expert content pieces and we utilize extremely talented video agencies to support video content creation.
Outside of the two services listed above, we handle everything else in-house. This includes website design and development, SEO, paid media buying, social media marketing, link building, and more.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We focus on revenue and lead generation. Our team understands that performance is the #1 differentiator between us and other firms. We also pride ourselves on our communication and customer satisfaction. We have dedicated members of our team that focus their full-time efforts on client satisfaction, marketing performance, and ensuring that we are generating true ROI.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We generally work with professional services firms that include financial services, law, real estate, medical, insurance, and manufacturing. We do have competitive clients, but we also take on new clients from different verticals if the client identifies as a high-growth opportunity. Over 90% of our clients work with us for over 12 months, which speaks to our success in retention and performance.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
The monthly digital marketing and advertising services are often are most requested services. These include search engine optimization, link building, blog writing, content marketing, paid search ads, paid social ads, social media marketing, graphic design, and more.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We have a 99% customer satisfaction rate based on our online reviews. Over 90% of our clients work with us for over 12 months and our average engagement period is 18 months. A key way in which we cater to our client's needs and requirements is through our Senior Director of Client Success, Robert Delbuono. He is incredible at ensuring the customer is satisfied and has everything they need at their disposal. He facilitates communication with the clientele and makes sure that performance is up to standards.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a tremendous support system throughout our entire team. Our firm is broken into departments in which we are able to provide support and solutions as necessary. Most of the support runs through our Director of Client Success through to our Senior Specialists and then to our Specialists based on the support query.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We use a retainer model most often, but we are open to any opportunities that would be pay-per-performance. We require a six to 12-month commitment and our average monthly pricing is $5k+.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The minimum requirement to work with Flying V Group is $5k/month.
