After a frustrating experience with another design firm, Atlanta based attorney Alyssa Whatley turned to our team to create a website that she could control while partnering with us in the design process.

North Atlanta Hair Restoration is a medical practice in Alpharetta, Georgia, which is just outside Atlanta. They needed a new website in order to generate a steady flow of interested prospects that would lead to new patients. Based on our extensive experience with service-based companies in the greater Atlanta area, we knew we had to start with in-depth research to unearth their opportunities.

This research focused on user needs and their competitors to create a framework. From there we concentrated the user experience on these core pages to create a new website that delivers results.

Once the website launched, we also added text messaging capabilities to schedule telemedicine appointments, a chatbot on their website, regular blogs, a podcast, Google Ads and social media retargeting campaigns, and a strategic endorsement and sponsorship with Atlanta’s top sports radio station.
