Industrial bench manufacturer had a sluggish brochure site that could not keep up with product requests. We rebuilt the front end with modular Elementor components so the sales coordinator can publish new layouts in minutes without developer time. Hosting, DNS, and email were stabilised during the swap so leads stopped bouncing. We left a clear WooCommerce plan ready for when they roll into ecommerce.

Context

Slow legacy site with buried product info and blocked edits.

Problem

Hosting bottlenecks, content trapped in PDFs, no real SEO plan.

What we did

Rebuilt with modular Elementor components, subtle motion, and a WooCommerce integration plan for later.

Result

Speed boosted, internal team controls updates, brand kit aligned, and infrastructure stabilised.

Status

Live and operating on the rebuilt stack.

Massive industrial catalog with 400 plus product pages was stuck in a brittle WooCommerce build. We mapped every Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) into sane variable product types, planned the refactor so the warehouse team can edit pricing without breaking layouts, and staged the migration in waves to avoid downtime. Metadata, downloads, and gated specs (login-required details) were reorganised into a structure operations (ops) team can maintain. Leadership signed off on the plan because it kept revenue flowing while the upgrade rolled out.

Context

Large WooCommerce catalog with gated content and plugin sprawl (too many unnecessary plugins causing issues).

Problem

Products locked behind logins, slow admin, and a stack that broke when anyone touched it.

What we did

Mapped a lean WooCommerce (Woo) rebuild with editable Elementor templates, proper pricing tiers, and metadata cleanup.

Result

Bottlenecks cleared, refactor plan approved, and rollout staged without risking current revenue.

Three day asynchronous launch that let a Red Seal contractor go from no domain to a credible web presence without pausing crews. 72-hour launch: From intake to live site. Intake ran through checklists, we translated site copy out of text messages, and we built Elementor templates that the owner can tweak without a call. Google Business Profile (GBP), schema, and local proof all shipped with the initial drop so referrals had somewhere trustworthy to land. Everything stayed inside inbox-friendly email updates; no meetings required. Async build: Updates via email/Docs; handoff with credentials and guide.

Context

New contractor with credentials but zero web presence.

Problem

Owner worked on job sites all day; no time for calls, no domain, no site, no lead flow.

What we did

Ran the GOFP async build: checklist intake, photo/copy translation, Elementor build with GBP and schema wired. Async build: Updates via email/Docs; handoff with credentials and guide.

Result

Launched in three days, indexed inside a month, and has run with zero incidents and $0 maintenance.

Status

Live and stable on the original stack.

Industrial ventilation supplier had 52 active plugins fighting each other and a marketing team locked out of editing. We audited everything, ripped out the junk, rebuilt templates that standardise how specs surface, and cleaned the cache strategy so pages stopped timing out. Duplicate URLs and broken taxonomy archives were merged into one sensible structure. Marketing now pushes campaigns without waiting on us.

Context

WooCommerce had been hacked into a brochure, admin was unusable, and marketing was blocked.

Problem

Erratic performance, duplicate URLs, and brittle visuals across 52 active plugins.

What we did

Rebuilt with standardised templates, removed Woo, fixed URL structure, and tuned caching/asset strategy.

Result

Site runs faster, admin is usable, and specs/cases are surfaced within one or two clicks.

Status

Project replaced later, but the consolidation phase hit all targets.

Consolidated four WordPress installs into one fast, searchable platform for a global industrial operator.

Context

Four separate installs, duplicated content, and messy .htaccess overrides (server config files for redirects/rules).

Problem

9–12 second loads, fractured SEO (disrupted search engine optimization due to duplicates), quadruple maintenance, and admin lockouts.

What we did

Merged into a single build, rewrote navigation, purged transients (temporary database data), normalised forms (standardized for consistency), and tuned cache stack.

Result

Global load times under three seconds, rankings stabilised, and the team managed content without outages.

Status

Project replaced later, but the consolidation phase hit all targets.
