Smooth sailing with minor adjustment at the beginning when showing the ropes.

Had made it easier to focun on the other business as it's in a phase that needs complete attention. Since the VA's been doing well, I plan to hire another one in the future.

Describe your project in brief

There is a side business that the owner cannot dedicate full-time attention to. To manage this, he hired a Virtual Assistant at less than half the cost of an in-house staff member. The VA handles listings, tenant documentation, rent tracking, evictions, tenant concerns, and vendor management. There is little to no need for supervision—only daily reports and occasional calls for showings or minor issues. This setup has significantly reduced the owner’s workload and mental load.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

No need for supervision. They train their VA's so we don't have to spent too must time helping them. Also, their daily reports help with the fact that i know whats going on everyday.
