In early 2023, with the launch of ChatGPT, we took on a challenge. Within 5 days, we conceptualized, designed, and built an AI-powered travel planner. Upon launch, it gained viral popularity on Twitter, attracting 5,000 users. It was even featured in prominent AI newsletters like Ben's Bites and Not A Bot.Planning holidays can be stressful, time-consuming, and burdensome. Our goal was to utilize advancements in AI to create a pleasurable user experience for trip planning.

The alternative for users would be modifying prompts on ChatGPT. So, we concentrated on key elements that would produce travel plans in minutes.

Goodspeed developed a property SaaS tool that revolutionises the way landlords manage their properties. By automating manual processes, centralising document storage, and enhancing tenant engagement, our platform enables property owners to save up to 10 hours per week. 

Property owners often face challenges managing properties and collaborating with tenants. This SaaS platform was designed to streamline these processes by automating manual tasks, providing a central location for crucial documents, and improving tenant engagement.Through user research and collaborative discovery sessions, we identified the core functionalities for the initial version of the tool. We worked closely with the client in virtual product design sessions to create user-friendly interfaces that resonate with property managers.

BunkerEx, a leading provider of technology solutions for the energy and maritime industry, faced significant inefficiencies in updating customers on their order status. They needed a seamless solution to link their private database with an intuitive mobile app.

Dwellr are a VC backed startup focused on transforming the search for senior care. Most senior living communities are forced into using traditional referral services, meaning families are required to fill out convoluted online forms and receive cold calls from communities across the state. We worked with Dwellr to create marketplace  designed to transform the way families find senior care by offering a direct connection between seniors and their desired communities.

MyAskAI are an AI customer support agent for SaaS tools. They came to Goodspeed to optimise their workload units and run a more efficient Bubble app.

The Opportunity

MyAskAI are one of the leading no code and AI startups. They recently signed up to Bubble's Enterprise plan and needed to optimise their Bubble app for speed, cost and general efficiencies.

Optimised Client Facing Webpages

We analysed the current CPU and memory usage for each page.
We refactored code for three webpages with reduced CPU consumption. This improved page load times and performance across different devices and browsers.

We optimised any associated assets (such as images, videos, or external libraries) for faster loading and lower CPU consumption. We implemented strategies to reduce unnecessary DOM manipulations or event handlers that consume significant resources.

Optimised Backend APIs

Reduced server-side CPU usage through refactored API logic, optimized queries, and caching mechanisms. We did this by analysing the API call structure, payload sizes, and frequency of API calls. We implemented caching strategies where applicable to avoid redundant processing. We optimised database queries or data access patterns that contribute to high CPU usage, and streamlined data transformation and processing in API responses to reduce computational overhead
