Redesign and development of the critical user onboarding journey for a PLG SaaS, focusing on improving activation rates and reducing early-stage churn.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their data-driven approach to UX. They focused on metrics we care about activation, conversion, and churn and delivered a frontend that directly moves those needles.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
A/B testing the new flows required more infrastructure on our backend than we had, but they helped us plan a phased rollout that proved the value immediately.
