Hinology developed a microservices-based backend system that could automate the flow of customer orders (mobile, fiber, enterprise bundles) from request to fulfillment, with real-time status tracking and exception handling.
Workflow Automation & SLA Monitoring:
They introduced a visual process automation tool that allowed business teams to define, modify, and monitor fulfillment workflows without developer involvement. This flexibility significantly reduced turnaround time for launching new service packages.

As one of Southeast Asia’s leading telecommunications providers, Axiata has been undergoing a strategic digital transformation to improve customer experience, streamline internal operations, and support the rollout of next-gen services across our subsidiaries.
Despite robust infrastructure, our legacy business support systems (BSS) and order management tools were not keeping pace with the agility demanded by the market. We were facing several key challenges:
Inefficiencies in service provisioning workflows
Disconnected customer experience across mobile, broadband, and enterprise channels
Manual order validation processes causing delays and errors
Limited visibility into cross-departmental SLAs and escalations

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The most impressive part of working with Hinology was their ability to bridge business context with technical execution. They weren’t just coding what we asked for—they were suggesting better ways to solve the problems we described, often anticipating needs we hadn’t formally documented.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
If we had to point out an area for improvement, it would be resource continuity. A couple of their team members rotated out mid-project, which briefly impacted momentum. That said, the handover was smooth, and their knowledge management practices ensured minimal disruption.
