Financial Difficulty – No Refund for Undelivered Services
Our initial engagement with iAriana Tech showed promise. Suggestions for improvements were welcomed—but often came with additional charges.
As development progressed, timelines began to slip, and critical features were repeatedly deferred to a “next version”—including those we had paid extra for.
Unfortunately, the final output did not meet expectations and was not usable for our intended purpose. We made the difficult decision to terminate the collaboration and requested a refund for modules that were never delivered.
After several months, iAriana Tech responded to say they were facing financial constraints. We proposed a structured repayment plan to avoid escalation and allow continued goodwill. Despite this, we have received no further response.
This experience has been deeply disappointing, and we share it here to caution others to ensure clear deliverables, timelines, and refund terms are agreed in writing upfront.

They make you feel you are in good hands and you can trust them.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
They do not uphold their timeline. They do not delivery as agreed and then suggest to push functions or module for next version. They do no refund for services not provided and extra payment for modules not developed. Applications is not working.
