We were seeking software engineers to make our systems for HSE consulting, ERP for our records, and regulatory matters, the software has to be as per international standards for managing entire HSE operations for our multiple clients.

Since we belong to the HSE domain and had no previous experience in the software field, we decided to outsource our software segment to Ideators, which appeared to be the competitive service provider as per our analysis.
