I was pleasantly impressed with the team's ability to explain the pros and cons of the solution in simple words.

We are an innovative technology company, specializing in mobile application development. Day by day, we craft and launch mobile apps that fully meet your requirements. We are an innovative technology company specializing in the development of mobile applications. We create mobile applications related to the Healthcare industry. I am the CEO of InAppo company.
What is the story behind starting this company?
This company was founded 3 years ago, in 2019. I was a mobile app developer and decided to start my own company. I started as a freelancer and completed tasks on order on my own. But then there were more orders and I started looking for partners. Then I stopped developing and started managing.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We work in two models - outsource and outstaff.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
In the outsourcing model, we develop expensive and high-quality mobile applications in the Healthcare domain. In the outstaff model, we provide a resource for iOS developers of at least a middle level with good English
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We cater Healthcare, Retail, and Education industries. These are the areas where our clients return to us the most.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We measure the customer satisfaction index, our indicator is 8.8 out of 10. In our work, we focus on the professionalism and expertise of the team.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We work by agile methodology. It helps us to be flexible. We use Jira+confluence like a task manager.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
In the outstaff model, we work by a time-material system. In outsourcing, we work by a Dedicated team system. Those systems help to choose the right team for a project and work flexibly.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
In the outstaff model, we have different stacks and levels of developers, so it depends on it, in general from $30 per hour. In outsourcing we work by month payment, so we work with Healthcare projects for 3 months (MVP) with a budget of $15,000.
