What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They are extremely punctual and extremely communicative. We were aware of every stage of the development.

Adherence to deadlines is one of their biggest qualities we would appreciate. They have respect towards our time as well as their own.

Wedding Fabrics is an online bridal material and textile shop of the leading and award-winning European bridal fashion house from Germany.We hired Ingold Solutions to create an E-Commerce Website for us. Ingold Solutions provided custom software development and high-level e-commerce website designs for our customers. The team also does backend work with APIs, and they're in charge of configuring all the interactions required by e-commerce sites. On top of that, they customize our platform for customer use cases.For the framework they suggested to go for Magento 2 with SAP® Business One ERP system for our online portal. For payment gateway they used PayPal payment gateway, credit card payment (Using Monetico), and Invoice proforma (prepayment). The project deadline was 6 months, which they were able to meet.Their project management style was exceptional and their team exhibited strong communication skills and promptness.

We are Bride Now, a company based out of Germany that designs exclusive and easy-to-wear bridal fashion at an affordable range. Ingold Solutions built our online portal for end-users to access more information about our products which mainly consists of wedding fashion. They created the UX/UI to capture our continuous flow of products which are updated as and when required. In our initial meetings, we conveyed them what we wanted and how we needed the site to perform. During the design phase we discussed how we wanted the website to look and what functions we needed in it. The team used Magento 2 as the PHP framework with SAP® Business One ERP system to create the website which was ideal for us as we plan to expand our business in the near future. We mostly communicated with MS Teams and Zoho. They met milestones and delivered results on time. Their team is efficient and shares excellent coordination with us. The project was completed in the given deadline which was 5 months.

To build our online presence, Ingold Solutions designed and developed our entire website. We wanted our website to support two languages- German and English. Their team built an online portal for end-users to access more information about our products which mainly consists of wedding fashion such as bridal wear, bridal shoes, wedding look books and other bridal accessories. They created the UX/UI to capture our continuous flow of products which are updated as and when required. Their team is also responsible for the maintenance of the website and are doing an incredible job!

Magento E-Commerce Website for Fashion Couture.

We are a renowned Fashion Couture that sells designer clothes. We hired Ingold Solutions, an Adobe Bronze partner to develop a robust and highly scalable website to take our business online. After creating the roadmap with determined KPI’s and timeline the team laid out a plan, broke down the steps necessary and provided us with the total cost estimate. At first, they shared 3 designs for our website, but we choose the one that caught our attention immediately. Their team developed several custom modules for our project: express checkout, customer group restrictions, social media login, elastic search, partial payment, abandoned cart email, etc. They used Magento platform to develop our fashion site. Finally, they tested the website thoroughly to ensure everything was functioning as intended. Recently, in a survey we conducted about UX, more than 90% of the respondents have rated the website design positively. In terms of engagement, we have seen a slight increase in the number of conversions and a 20% boost in our mobile users. They mostly used Microsoft tools to communicate. All the members of the team were keen to help and were cooperative. They took our feedback and worked on it effectively. Overall, we were really impressed with their service.
