Describe your project in brief
We serve the hospitality industry with a suite of productivity and labor management solutions. Many in the industry are still operating on pen and paper or trying to use Microsoft Excel to accomplish important business functions including managing the schedule for employees.
Our Scheduling product had become outdated and unstable. We hired the INOVA team to rewrite the entire front end of a complex schedule builder, while our in-house development team focused on other strategic initiatives. We had almost no existing documentation and very little process to follow but the INOVA team helped bridge the gaps, even reverse engineering some of the existing code to help define requirements. They were professional and capable. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
We now have a more modern UI that allows for a better experience for our customers and we have a stable foundation to add features that save our customers time and money and help them manage their business more effectively.

Highly Communicative and Cooperative. There was a high degree of ambiguity in our project but they brought the experience and expertise we needed
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
No complaints. There could have been better scoping and planning on our side from the beginning but they helped bridge the gaps.
