Their project manager set things up for us, which was very helpful. He attended calls alongside the developers and would split up tasks between team members using Asana. He introduced us to agile methodology and helped us set up a Kanban board to track the progress of each project. This way, he helped us set up these chunks of work that needed to be done. He was a core part of the team. The project manager was always in communication with us. We would go back and forth to better understand how to work with them. So we met with them three times a week to share status updates and questions, assign tasks, and review any blockers. To sum it up, we used Slack and Zoom to communicate. This would be a really high-level overview of the process.
