Complete failure from sales through delivery through termination. Sales promised experienced Meta ad manager, delivered unqualified staff who admitted "I'm not an expert in paid media strategy" in writing. Received three failed strategy attempts: first was for wrong business entirely, second severely violated Meta platform requirements (technically incompetent), third was six days late and still incomplete after three weeks. 100% deadline failure rate. Every milestone missed. Campaign launch pushed three times (Nov 3→7→10), never happened. After 23 days: zero campaigns, zero ads, zero results. President of Paid Media no-showed scheduled escalation meeting without notice or apology and then proceeded to threaten us. Most egregious: after we explicitly denied Meta account access in recorded meeting, they accessed our accounts without authorization post-termination. Potential Computer Fraud and Abuse Act violation. We have recordings and access logs.
