Nothing. There was literally no positive aspect of this engagement. The only positive outcome was terminating quickly enough to avoid paying them and wasting our advertising budget on campaigns they were incapable of executing properly.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The unauthorized access to our Meta accounts after explicit denial in recorded meeting. This crossed from incompetence into potential criminal conduct. Combined with sales lies, three failed deliverables, 100% deadline failures, executive no-shows, and post-termination dishonesty, it demonstrated zero accountability or professional boundaries. The pattern of deception from sales through termination was systematic, not isolated incidents.
