We worked with Intobi on the development of a custom CRM platform for Gapsy Studio, focusing on improving project and client management efficiency. The project began with comprehensive discussions on our requirements, followed by the development of a tailored system using Node.js and React. Intobi's team provided ongoing support and made sure to integrate the CRM seamlessly with our existing tools. Their developer was fully dedicated to the project, which allowed us to receive continuous updates during the development. The CRM system now helps our team better track client interactions, projects, deadlines, greatly improving internal processes. While the project was overall very successful, we believe more frequent usability testing during the early stages of development would have refined some of the user flows even further. Communication throughout the project was excellent, with weekly video calls, and we worked efficiently through Figma and Slack for day-to-day feedback.
