Description

  • Acted as a Technology Partner / CTO for Accident LLC ( Accident.com ) owning the entire product and project management process.
  • Series of Web product implementations ( Rest APIs, Customer Facing Portals, Admin Portals ) using Laravel, React, MySQL, ElasticSearch.
  • Developed and designed websites using Webflow.
  • Used Google cloud offerings to solve for infra requirements to build applications with scalability, reliability, flexibility, security, cost efficiency.

Challenge

  • Validation of Concept was a major challenge. A marketplace technology in personal injury space never existed.
  • Non technical founders had a tough time communicating the vision and solidifying the roadmap
  • Working across multiple timezones for lead generation partners, customer partners was a major challenge.
  • Building a solution that scales for the future, keeping in mind the ever growing need of a marketplace.

Solution

  • Intuio began by understanding Accident LLC's vision and goals thoroughly. Through strategic planning sessions, they identified the key components needed to build a successful lead generation marketplace.
  • Intuio undertook the Product ownership completely. This involved defining the target market, understanding the competitive landscape, and devising a roadmap for development. Interacting with all stakeholders involved was a key part of the process.
  • Intuio built a robust customer-facing portal that provided a seamless experience for users to access and engage with the lead generation services. The portal was designed to be intuitive, user-friendly, and optimised for both web and mobile channels.
  • Recognizing the importance of streamlining operations, Intuio implemented integrations across various systems and platforms. This included integrating with digital marketing channels like Google and Bing for lead generation, as well as integrating with call centres for lead qualification and enhancement.
  • Automation was key to efficiently managing the influx of leads and ensuring they were promptly delivered to buyers.
  • As Accident LLC grew, Intuio ensured that the platform remained scalable and flexible to accommodate increasing demand and evolving business requirements. They designed the architecture with scalability in mind, leveraging cloud-based technologies and modular components that could easily adapt to changes in volume and functionality.

  • The proof of concept project evolved into a series of successful product implementations that generated annual earnings of $12 million.

Description

  • Yoska has been organising Ironman 70.3 races in india since 2019 and needed a platform to organise the relay races in the event.
  • We built a cross platform application that allowed athletes to register their interest in relay races.
  • This platform enabled athletes to form teams which earlier was a manual process.

Challenge

  • Data from past races was unorganised and had to be loaded into the system to invite them into a seamless team formation experience.

Solution

  • React Native for cross platform development. The application is intended for Web and Mobile platforms.
  • Firebase was used to provide authentication, database, storage, custom functions abilities.
  • ElasticSearch was used to promote faster searches.
  • The entire application was mocked and prototyped using figma to collect feedback before moving into the implementation phase.

Impact

  • Seamless relay race registration experience for participants.
  • Allowed participants to form a team on the platform itself, rather than going back and forth with organisers or accepting what the organisers team them up with.

Description

  • Running a click campaign for web offers can be daunting when you have to rely on the ad platforms capabilities of analytics and billings
  • We built a tracker for the client that lived in between the ad platform and the web property
  • This platform was able to track all clicks and the data associated with them.
  • The platform was built with email and google sheet reporting that enabled sharing snapshots of data for time range based on a frequency
  • The platform was later extended to capture screen recording

Challenge

  • Different platforms have variable data that they usually pass as query parameters
  • Client needed a solution that allowed sharing this data along with details of when the click landed and loaded with third parties ( mainly ad platform reps and publishers
  • Adapting to the varying data across clicks for a single web property of the advertiser and sharing that data across in email and reporting sheet was a major challenge

Solution

  • Implemented an admin system that allowed to create tracker links which redirected clicks originating from an ads platform to the destination url of web property
  • The admin frontend was built in react, the backend was in Node.js and Express.
  • Facilitated google sheet creation, updation through the tracker link creation process and also making sure sharing with external parties can be done through the app itself
  • Implemented DOM manipulation for pixels deployed on client's web property allowing to inject Screen Recording scripts.

Impact

  • Accurate data tracking to compare against invoiced click data.
  • Compliance between both parties and visual proof per click to establish a negotiation.
