Background:

Regis Manufacturing needed a way for their customers to purchase online, so in 2016 they hired a freelancer to setup a Bigcommerce store. After a few years on the platform, they knew that something just was not right, the site was slow, the mobile phone version did not look good, and they knew that making small changes should not be difficult.

The Challenge:

Regis manufacturing website had been built on BigCommerce's legacy Blueprint framework and therefore lacked mobile responsiveness and speed. It was also difficult to make changes without CSS and HTML coding. Individual products were created when configurable products would be the best solution. The search function was complicated, and there were unnecessary steps between the product and the buyer.

Solutions:

  • Customer Experience Strategy & Design
  • Custom UI/UX
  • Revamp Search Functionality
  • Advance Product Configurations

Background:

Texas Restaurant Supply partnered with ioVista in 2019 to improve SEO and digital presence. Within 90 days, store visibility and keyword rankings surged. As they grew, ioVista guided them in launching PPC, opening a third store, and migrating from Joomla to BigCommerce. The new platform boosted SEO, mobile usability, and eCommerce capabilities, driving continued success.

The Challenge:

Migrating from Joomla to BigCommerce without compromising SEO rankings, transferring 270 blogs, and migrating historical data. Joomla lacks the necessary tools for effective data management.

The absence of a data matrix in the backend and the presence of complex, disorganized data added to the complexity of migrating the website to the BigCommerce platform. ioVista leveraged the move from Joomla to Bigcommerce to redesign the user experience and functionality of the website. While optimizing the SEO strategy for enhanced performance and user engagement

Since some of their products are huge in size, bulky in weight, and irregularly shaped, ioVista introduced a trusted technology partner, ShipperHQ, that would remove shipping issues from their business processes.

With a past history of only selling regionally, they were not familiar with other states' tax regulations and tax nexus and did not want to learn about them. We introduced them to our partner Avalara, whose Avatax app, added to their new BigCommerce website, removed all the tax hassles so they could concentrate on selling restaurant equipment.

Solutions:

  • Custom UI/UX
  • Product Page Customization
  • Data Migration

Background:

Running their eCommerce site on Magento 1.9 posed significant challenges after its end of life in June 2020. Outdated user experience and a complex search were leading to a high bounce rate and loss of market share. Not to mention, being on a platform that had reached end-of-life years ago involved security risks and compatibility issues. Control Specialties became majorly concerned about revenue loss and the absence of official support and updates. After considering other platforms, they asked ioVista to migrate their website from Magento 1.9 to the latest stable version of Magento.

The Challenge:

The website user experience was outdated, not mobile responsive, and the search function was difficult to use due to the fact that an older version of Magento 1.9.2.1.support had ended years ago. The subpar performance of the website was causing a significant decrease in traffic. Control Specialties wanted a modern user experience that was mobile responsive and had easy-to-use search functionality.

Background:

CraftParts had outgrown their e-commerce store on Woo-Commerce. They knew an ERP would benefit their business. They had chosen Acumatica as the ERP and identified the BigCommerce B2B edition as the platform that would be easy to manage in-house and grow and scale their business. So, they were looking for a Dallas-based e-commerce agency skilled in migrations and a BigCommerce partner that could migrate swiftly. ioVista was the logical choice.

The Challenge:

Craftparts.com had created a custom feature for the Woo-commerce website that customized the pack price based on the quantity and required the same features in their new BigCommerce B2B edition website. To satisfy that requirement, ioVista customized that set of products as a List price in BigCommerce in order for the pack price to be based on the quantity. • BigCommerce B2B Edition
  • Acumatica ERP Integration
  • Re-categorization of products
  • Pack Price based on the quantity customization

The MJ Wholesale website needed a brand refresh. It's website had become outdated with limited functionality, reduced operational efficiency, which negatively impacted the customer experience. To stay competitive, they needed a complete revamp—modernizing the store with advanced features to streamline the buying journey for corporate clients. Their goal was to integrate new functionality that would make the purchasing process faster, more intuitive, and highly efficient.

The Challenge:

  • Lack of Custom Sticker Ordering: Customers couldn't create and order customized stickers with precise size, shape, and quantity, leading to higher cart abandonment and inefficiencies.
  • No Access to Order History: Customers couldn't track previous orders or essential details, reducing repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Inability to Compare Products: The lack of comparison tools for different product options, quantities, and pricing slowed purchase decisions and led to lost sales.
  • Communication Gaps & Compliance Issues: Miscommunication on product terms resulted in increased disputes, product returns, and compliance challenges.
  • Poor Inventory Management: Inefficient inventory tracking caused operational delays, financial losses, and added stress to the supply chain.
  • Limited Customization & Pricing Flexibility: Restrictions on product customization and rigid pricing structures lowered customer engagement and conversions.

Solutions:

Background:
Their original website was built in-house by an employee who was a Magento open-source enthusiast. It went live in 2013 on Magento 1.7, then upgraded in 2015 to Magento 1.8, and finally upgraded to Magento 1.9 in 2018. When the decision was made to leave Magento 1 because of the platform's end of life, Cord Financial had grown significantly since 2013, and so had its needs. Adobe Commerce Cloud was a clear choice, with built-in B2B capabilities, Business intelligence dashboards, and PCI compliance.

The Challenge:
The challenge was migrating the data from the existing Magento 1 platform to Magento 2 and integrating their ERP Cord Financial wanted to include its repair services on the e-commerce website since services do not have a complete price until the repair has been made. Conservation Mart’s website, built in 2011 on ASP.NET Storefront, helped establish it as a top destination for energy- and water-saving products. Over 20 years, its customer base shifted from consumers to businesses and government entities, but the outdated platform struggled with performance, mobile compatibility, and B2B functionality. Seeking a modern, user-friendly solution that served all customer types, they chose BigCommerce B2B Edition. Preserving SEO built over two decades was critical in selecting a migration partner. After vetting several agencies, they chose ioVista for its proven track record of successful migrations with minimal to no SEO loss.

The Challenge

Since that is a cross-platform migration, changes to the URL structure were necessary, and SEO could be affected. The client also wanted to integrate the B2B edition to take advantage of features B2B businesses expect, like an invoice portal so B2B clients could track and pay for their invoices, quickly reorder items that were continually repurchased, request a quote, company accounts, and tiered pricing, just to name a few.
