Exceeded the high expectations created from the impressive portfolio.

Isoflow drew me initially through diligent communication and my quick browse on previous works. They were uniquely skilled and willing to learn taking on hardware driven IoT that will be implemented in the high-performance field of commercial coffee making. During the design process they brought great ideas to the table, but were also adaptable and willing to align their vision with some of the learnings we experienced in the field with actual end-users. I especially enjoyed when they probed difficult to answer ideas around user expectation and ultimate goals, even going as far as to send the team out to a machine at a client to do their own real-world research based on feedback from clients.

The roadmap was clear from the start, expectations well managed and on-time with deliverables. Can recommend them who simply wants the best, hassle free experience.

Describe your project in brief

Isoflow was tasked with a very unique UX and UI challenge in relation to a commercial coffee making. The task was to design an intuitive and functional, yet high performing experience around physical hardware touch screen, mobile app and live dashboard. All of these UI's should serve different purposes based on the level of detail and accessibility required by either management or barista.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The energy and fresh ideas from the various team members, and the way they were able to deliver truly outstanding work on ever milestone.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I know constructive feedback is always appreciated, but honestly they nailed client-expectation management and I have no feedback to give.
