How We Develop an Intelligent ERP Plan (PDP)

PROCESS - “A system cannot be improved or managed by anyone who does not understand the system. A leader must understand all parts and optimize the system as a whole (DEMING)“

We start the process section with meetings to both identify and visually document your most common business processes. Processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report. We continue to work with you until you can visually see your end-to-end business processes with an eye towards efficiency improvement.

DATA - After mapping business processes, we focus on the information that “FEEDS” your business system. This data is commonly referred to as “MASTER DATA”, and it must be accurate to realize the true business benefits(s) of your new ERP system.
