They treated it with that level of seriousness and detail. Also, their design team had a great eye for balancing simplicity and professionalism. The site feels both modern and approachable, which isn’t easy for a large B2B platform.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that sometimes their technical explanations were a little too detailed for our non-technical staff. While their patience was great, simpler language during those moments would have saved time. But overall, this was a small issue compared to the value they brought.
If I had to point out one area, I’d say sometimes we were given too many design variations to choose from. While it showed their creativity, it made decision-making slower for our side. Maybe narrowing the options earlier could save time. But in the end, we always ended up with something that worked perfectly.

Each of our divisions (Fairfax, Freighter NZ, Transcold, Recreational and Specialised Vehicles) got its own dedicated section with tailored layouts, images, and content. They added tools like an enquiry form that routes requests to the right department, and a dynamic project showcase where we could highlight vehicles we’ve built or modified.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The unique part was their creativity in showing complex engineering work in simple, visual ways. For example, the project showcase allows visitors to explore our vehicle builds with photos and summaries, which makes our technical work more relatable.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the initial content upload phase. Because our divisions had so much information, it took longer than expected to finalize everything.
