Did not complete the project and then ghosted us

Hired Jeremy to clean up sync issues in our CRM and Marketing Automation system. He did an audit and offered to fix the issues with payment up front. We went ahead with the project and seem good for about a week or two. Then we realized that he was not delivering on the full scope of the project. Would not update project plan to give us update on what had been completed. Additionally he wanted access to other systems and processes that were out of scope. He made many excuses for not delivering and then stopped communicating with us all together. Totally unprofessional during the last few weeks.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The core strengths that Jeremy touted were not delivered upon. Lots of talk but no action.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Should learn how to properly scope and deliver upon a project. Refrain from making excuses and then promising to complete work and then not delivering on that. Then not communicating at all to finish the project.
