Exeptional first experience

JetThoughts is definitely an exceptional partner. We hired them to continue the development of our application, which was originally developed by another consulting group. They used the foundation built by the first consultant, and continued to build new features, including our hybrid mobile application. The aim was to reuse as much as possible from the previous solutions, and accelerate our growth into the market.

We wouldn't be where we were without the effort they put into our business. The other thing is that they put a lot of importance on understanding our business on a granular level and they were deeply embedded in our culture and our successes.

I serve as the CTO and fractional CTO consultant. What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?
The inspiration behind founding my company came from a desire to make delivery processes more efficient and straightforward than what was typically offered in the market. I noticed that many companies were overcomplicating their services, which resulted in unnecessary delays and inefficiencies. My goal was to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and provide a more transparent and reliable service for clients, ultimately helping them achieve their business goals faster and more efficiently. We built 3 R&D in Ukraine with onboarded processes for scaling and growing for US startups.
One of the challenging cases:

One of our standout achievements has been our work with X (one of our clients), where we successfully helped them address critical challenges in their delivery process. The client tried to fix the issues with development for several years and changed multiple vendors.

We were hired to help. Legacy code and the often-changing vendors increased the complexity of the development, which is why all vendors failed.

We fixed their delivery issues in 6 months, and after this success, we were asked to build an R&D office and scale an in-house team. In the next 6 months, we scaled the team 5 times. Today, R&D is growing.
