Describe your project in brief
After a frustrating DIY effort, we retained Johnny Grow and team to help lead a Revenue Operations (RevOps) implementation for our largest commercial business services segment. They brought their RevOps Framework and best practices. These tools made it easy to vision the project and follow a well-defined plan to final result. The staff were incredible - super smart yet humble and real experts in how to get this done.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their staff are RevOps experts and really know their stuff. They had thoughtful responses to all of our questions and were polite in telling us things that some people really didn't want to hear, but needed to hear.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I don't think there was anything we didn't like.
