JS Interactive is an incredible team of SEO and digital marketing geniuses!

Where do I start? There are so many incredible things I can say about Justin and his team! As a one woman marketing team, I was in desperate need of support - support I wasn’t getting from the agency we partnered with formerly. All of that changed when we started working with JS Interactive! I now have the support, the second set of eyes on my data, and a team that truly cares about our company’s success, and my personal success. Justin has employed the best of the best to be on his team. Everyone I have worked with has been incredible and just “gets it.” They are helping us take things to the next level, and I couldn’t do it without them. Also, I would be remiss if I didn’t shout out Justin personally. He is the nicest, brightest guy you’ll come across. His deep digital marketing knowledge is only outmatched by his positive attitude, making him the best guy to work with. JS Interactive is a Digital Marketing agency located in Austin, TX that focuses on SMBs and offers multiple facets of internet development and marketing. As the Owner and lead marketing consultant of the business, I offer over 15 years of experience in consulting, SEO, Business Development, and Digital Strategy.

What is the story behind starting this company?

As far back as I can remember I have always wanted to run my own business. I spent a number of years as a freelancer outside of my full-time job, working odd hours of the night through morning building JS Interactive. It was in 2012 with a business plan and a leap of faith, that I started running my own business full-time. It was a lot of hard work then, which to this day hasn’t ceased.

What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

To build an environment based on open communication, trust, and respect. And to have a client-first approach in every aspect of the business.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

I have a well-rounded approach to business and technology My unique business model offers many benefits to my clients. As an independent consultant, I partner with other consultants to offer a full suite of services and build sustainable, long-term relationships with clients. As a team, we are often commended for our attentiveness to detail, responsiveness, and ability to communicate well with clients.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

I serve industries of all types and from all areas. Manufacturers, construction companies, landscapers, non-profits, real estate, and organizations in public safety. There’s no one industry we cater to. As a strategic partner to organizations, it’s our responsibility to invest the time, energy, and resources in learning about a business when they choose to work with us to grow their digital presence.

Web Design and development, SEO, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Growth Marketing are where we spend a lot of our time and resources with clients.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

Our customers have been completely satisfied with our services, and the results are proven in the positive feedback we’ve received from them. We have a strong reputation for being attentive to the needs of clients, our responsiveness, and our ability to communicate well.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

We have unique plans with clear expectations that are designed specifically for ongoing support, consulting, and maintenance with our clients. The web is a vast ecosystem, with lots of moving parts, and it’s important for our clients to remain secure and confident by knowing we are readily available to manage and support all their internet needs.

Our payment structures vary based on the type of work we do with the client, and the budget involved in the project.

We have a minimum budget requirement. For web design and development, our minimum budget sits around $7,000. For SEO, our smallest monthly plan is offered at $1,500/month.
