Owners have been indicted for COVID bank fraud.
The owners have been indicted by the Supreme Court for COVID fraud, lying about the number of employees and wages paid while attempting to steal funds from business who have a valid need for COVID relief. They are also under federal investigation for SEC fraud and tax evasion. An Indian American husband & wife team run this organization. There is no shame in their behavior. They don’t care about their employees (unless you are related or have their favor somehow). They outrageously exaggerated about the size of their company & the number of years in business. They lied about the salary they would pay and withheld earnings for a month. They lied about my job description then threw my managers work on me with no pay increase. They only want to selfishly take advantage of their hardworking employees, exploiting them to no end. They expected me to work 60 hours per week with no complaint. 2 years’ service: no pay increase. They exaggerated about the benefit programs they offered. Their health insurance was more expensive than Obamacare. They did not provide PTO days as promised. Their corporate practices resemble the India caste system with a level of elitism that is shocking. They mostly hire new college grads while at the same time neither owner has the knowledge or education to run a business in corporate America. Less than 10% of their employees are USA citizens. If you are American, it is your responsibility to stumble through and understand many various India-English dialects - none of which can be understood by the naturally born USA citizen and it is RARE for any of these people to make an attempt in speaking proper English. There is no accountability, and you will be blamed or used in some way to make up for their immoral ways. Don’t waste your time here.
