Features to send online Quote request for the specific health care products from multiple vendors to the health industries customer, integrated with automatic Email Notification and Alerts between the Buyers and Sellers from till Order placing,Processing and completion. Search feature incorported with product filters like price, product mechanical and commercial attributess, functionalities, nearest locations. Client wants to sell & manage Web pages spaces inventory effectively for generating revenue for their sellers to display their products on those spaces with built in intelligence of similary products when target buyers.

Solution:

Product was developed in DOTNET with MVC 3.5 architecture, HTML, Angular JS, MS SQL database and Azure Blob storages used for storing thier images. Site will be managed by SuperAdmin & Module Users, Supplier User Admin to manage their products them independently with specific privilge to control. A native mail exchange database schema implemented to keep control on the site to provide automatic mail notification , alerts, products displays, Supplier Site WebPage Ad Space management etc.

Results:

Overview:

Our partner is a well-established provider of modern medical practice management software. Their solution encompasses the entire healthcare practice, including administrative tasks, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and patient engagement. As one of our key partners, we collaborated with them to demonstrate the power of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in streamlining the claims processing workflow by automating the Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) postings. 

Challenge:

Manually logging into the portal to filter claims and identify denial codes.
Processing claim adjustments based on denial codes.
Manually submitting claims to the insurance portal.
Time-consuming tasks that led to delays and increased potential for human error.

Solution:

Automated portal login and claim filtering: The bot mimicked human actions, logging into the system, identifying relevant claims, and extracting denial codes. 
Decision-making based on denial codes: The automation tool adjusted claims based on predefined denial code rules, eliminating the need for manual review. 
Automated scheduling: The bot was configured to run on demand or at scheduled intervals, ensuring timely claim processing without human intervention. 

The RCM automation solution developed by Katpro, utilizing UiPath RPA, has demonstrated how clients using our partner’s practice management software can significantly improve efficiency. This solution automates the ERA posting process, reducing manual work, enhancing accuracy, and accelerating the entire claims processing workflow. 

Implementation:

Bot training: We trained the RPA bot to follow the same steps that users performed manually during the claims process. 
Decision automation: Logic was built into the bot to handle claim adjustments based on the denial codes. 
Process scheduling: The bot was set to run at predefined times to ensure claims were processed promptly and accurately.
