Muhlenberg College partnered with KDG for many years to create a dynamic digital experience for their annual #Mulementum giving campaign. The goal was to engage alumni, students, parents, faculty, and friends in a fun and interactive way while setting a new record for their highest day of giving.

KDG developed donor personas, designed a custom campaign theme, and added gamified elements such as digital keys, challenges, and group competitions. Social media integration and mobile optimization ensured donors could participate from anywhere, while a real-time dashboard and admin tools made tracking simple and effective.

To overcome challenges like accommodating west coast donors, the campaign was extended by three hours. KDG also provided 24-hour technical and communication support to keep everything running smoothly.

The results exceeded expectations: over 2,600 donors participated, with more than 250 referrals, and the fundraising goal was surpassed in less than 24 hours. Muhlenberg praised the design and ongoing support, crediting KDG with helping build momentum, excitement, and community pride.

KDG connected all of Casilio's locations and companies by fully integrating their hardware and software systems. KDG handled the installation of Microsoft Office, established a secure VPN, and implemented a reliable helpdesk system to support our team.

One of the biggest challenges was the main office's internet connection. Located alongside a railroad track where fiber optics aren't available, their server was limited by slow connectivity. KDG helped them overcome this by setting up an alternative high-speed cable solution that significantly upgraded their system.

KDG also provided on-site support to transition them to the new system. Knowing that their business doesnt operate on a standard 9 to 5 schedule, KDG was flexible and accommodating scheduling the switch during their slower hours and being readily available for troubleshooting.

Aidex Educational Systems, a provider of educational and training technologies, partnered with KDG to unify its operations and improve efficiency. The organization had been relying on multiple platforms, including Salesforce, QuickBooks, SharePoint, and Excel, which created inefficiencies and lacked transparency across its two companies operating in multiple states.

To address these challenges, KDG conducted employee-level discovery sessions and developed a customized Zoho One solution that integrated CRM and Books. Their team provided real-time support and high-touch project management, often working outside of regular hours and even celebrating employee milestones with personalized gestures.

The result was a smoother transition to a unified system, with employees who were once resistant to change becoming excited about the new platform. KDG was praised for its responsiveness, continuous enhancements, and ability to act as a true partner throughout the process.

KDG partnered with Vitaquest to implement their first CRM system and develop a custom quoting application within Zoho CRM. The engagement included multiple phases, from scoping and implementation of the CRM to overseeing deals through the order process, integrating with SAP ERP, and creating process wireframes. KDG also layered their proprietary software platform on top of the solution.

The partnership has expanded to digital marketing services, with KDG taking over SEO, social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), and Google Ads. With KDG's team, the client achieved 100% user adoption across the organization.

The system is now actively used by sales, client services, and product development teams, processing upwards of 500 emails a week and strengthening customer retention. This ongoing collaboration has helped the client track performance, improve customer service, and set measurable goals to deliver greater value, making them a stronger organization overall.
